Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising strategies, ensuring products are displayed optimally to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with company objectives and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand product offerings, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize retail space layouts
  • Maintain organized inventory management systems to ensure timely restocking of products
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall store aesthetics, providing feedback for improvements
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on visual merchandising best practices, enhancing their skills and knowledge
  • Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, making recommendations for adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail to enhance visual presentation

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
  • Part-time, permanent position (15-24 hours/week)
  • Flexible scheduling: Monday to Friday, morning shifts

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling to multiple stores

Location

This role will involve frequent travel to various retail locations across the region.
