CROSSMARK Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can effectively develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with our company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand product offerings and identify opportunities for improvement in retail spaces.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of merchandise and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall store aesthetics.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on merchandising best practices.
  • Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field (3 years required).
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of driving product sales through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail to enhance visual merchandising efforts.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to multiple stores.
