Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities as an LPN will include:
- Delivering professional nursing care in the DME setting, adhering to federal, state, and local laws, as well as the guidelines of your professional organization and agency.
- Providing exceptional patient communication, education, and support throughout the care process.
- Setting up and instructing patients on the use of respiratory equipment, including CPAP, BiPAP, RADs, Oxygen, Cough Assist, High Volume Compressors, and oximeters.
- Participating in compliance efforts to meet insurance guidelines and promoting healthy sleep lifestyles.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of safety and infection control practices, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential, as you will need to travel to patient locations.
