Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Heritage Commercial Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
