Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Associated Car Wash Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and overseeing the preparation of reports.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage contracts and agreements
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- 35-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
