ROSS is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our product development process. As the key product evangelist for customers, you will work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to educate and promote solutions to various key audiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic vision for the product line.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Lead business case development and investment proposals through portfolio management.
- Prioritize and drive customer requirements and product/market definition for current and future products.
- Define core customer benefits and product differentiation for all markets and buyers.
- Provide marketing direction and compelling content to support demand creation activities.
- Evaluate potential partnerships to enhance product competitiveness.
- Analyze product performance and sales success, and monitor market competitiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software application product management.
- Practical understanding of the Human Resources function and its roles and processes.
- Experience with HR applications such as Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft, and/or business intelligence/data warehousing.
- Certified Pragmatic Marketing Methodology skills are an asset.
