The successful candidate will possess a current certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and have a solid understanding of geriatric care and nursing administration. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver resident-centered care based on sound nursing practice principles.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of resident care plans.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Manage medications and narcotics in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Practical Nursing and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric care and nursing administration.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
