The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner who can lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. If you have a strong background in nursing and a passion for making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals as determined.
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Discuss and review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribing medications and educating patients on continued treatment and care.
