Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at KFC /Taco Bell - Brantford. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
