Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Captain Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Co-ordinate and schedule customer service activities and projects
  • Recruit and hire customer service representatives and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training of customer service representatives
  • Estimate costs and materials for customer service projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for customer service projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies for customer service projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience in construction or residential settings an asset
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
