The Role

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Vancouver, BC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and training your team, generating sales, managing overdue accounts, and maximizing portfolio growth through direct engagement with customers.

About the Position:

  • Customer Focus: Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Empathy and Understanding: Show compassion and empathy, understanding customers' needs and matching them with suitable financial products.
  • Credit Education: Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals by building their credit.
  • Financial Cross-Sales: Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate terms and conditions of financial products clearly.
  • Risk Assessment: Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Collection Management: Manage collections activities for all past-due accounts.
  • Attention to Detail: Secure required information to fulfill customer applications with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on people and results, aimed at driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Integrity: Operate with integrity in every sale, deeply caring for our customers.
  • Credential Check: Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
