Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
