We are seeking a highly skilled Rubber Material Splicing Specialist to join our team at Viacore Solutions Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality rubber products are produced on time and within budget.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical operations and be proficient in maintaining and operating various types of machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain product quality: Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate machinery: Use machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
  • Adjust machinery: Adjusting machinery and equipment to proper settings as required.
  • Quality control: Check and monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Safety and maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mechanical skills: Proficiency in maintaining and operating various types of machinery.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to inspect finished products for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Physical demands: Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
