Job Summary:
A career opportunity has arisen for a Rubber Materials Splicer at Viacore Solutions Inc. where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by checking and monitoring product quality, operating machines to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials, inspecting finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards, adjusting machinery and equipment to proper settings, marking and re-routing defective products for repair or recycle, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality control checks on rubber products
• Operate complex machinery to fabricate and assemble rubber parts and products
• Identify and address any issues with the manufacturing process
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data

Work Environment:
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding work, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, and working under pressure.
