**Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, review, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure effective and personalized care for each resident;
  • Provide guidance and support to personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work;
  • Assist in orienting and training new team members to ensure seamless integration into our dynamic team;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Infection Prevention & Control and Health & Safety protocols.

**What You Bring:**

  • A current registration with the provincial College of Nurses;
  • Compassion, professionalism, and respect for patients and colleagues alike;
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience;
