Responsibilities
  • Lead product development teams in Vancouver, providing guidance and support to foster an innovative work environment that delivers results.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to scope and plan key deliverables for successful project outcomes.
  • Optimize organizational structure for efficient deliveries and create a collaborative culture between Vancouver and other global Imperva offices.
  • Own the technical output of the Sonar team, ensuring high standards through implemented processes and strengthened department culture.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success in an agile environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Deep domain knowledge in cloud environments, web applications, databases, networking, application/network/data, ML/AI, security, or SaaS.
  • Experience in developing cloud-native solutions and understanding public cloud services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Foster a team culture and practice of mentorship and collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD$232,000 – $290,000. The offered salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and location. Our competitive compensation package includes base salary, medical benefits, flexible time off, salary continuance for adoption or birth of a child, and more.
