- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Staff Recruitment: Hire and train new food service staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
