Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content and SEO Specialist to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our website's meta-data to improve page ranking on search engines, as well as creating customized website landing pages and promotional pages to drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect, organize, and enrich product information for upload onto our website.
  2. Manage relationships with third-party content creators, including submitting product information for enrichment and tracking the status of submitted content.
  3. Optimize product and category navigation using analytics, customized synonyms, and search boosting to promote product visibility and drive online conversions.
  4. Support the implementation and integration of a Product Information Management (PIM) solution and migrate all product data into the PIM.
  5. Oversee the creation of procedural and training resources for the PIM platform and promote it for all RSL users.
  6. Provide expertise on current PIM best practices and consult on cross-functional projects to ensure PIM and eCommerce principles are incorporated.
  7. Act as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test new PIM initiatives.
  8. Create, analyze, and interpret SEO reports using analytics to implement and audit site SEO meta-data, including page titles, meta descriptions, and meta keywords to optimize page ranking on search engines.
  9. Work with Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing to incorporate SEO standards into all promotions displayed on the website to drive site performance.
  10. Creation of new and relevant content landing pages using the Content Management System (CMS) to promote customer engagement and drive online sales.
  11. Lead development of internal processes for content management.
  12. Oversee and aid administrative support of online customer setups when required.

Requirements

  • 3-years demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or with wholesale distribution or HVAC/R industry experience.
  • Experience as an SEO or PIM Specialist preferred.
  • Product Information Management and Content Management System (CMS) experience preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to be resourceful, independent, and find creative solutions to technical problems.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including the ability to communicate technology-related information and clearly detail implementation processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Ability to understand technology as it relates to the business.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, eCommerce, and PIM systems.
  • Professional business acumen.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
  • HTML programming language experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
