Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing inventory, and supervising office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including financial transactions and record-keeping
  • Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Supervise and support office staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in operational management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Windows
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
