About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MR. SUB. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare and submit reports on food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast food outlet or restaurant
  • Certifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
