Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. Mom's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that all orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
