Quality Assurance Manager

WSP is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in the execution of the Near Surface Disposal (NSDF) Project in Chalk River. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with specifications, quality programs, and relevant standards.
- Coordinate and lead factory and site testing requirements, inspections, and surveillances.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documents to meet customer requirements.
- Train project personnel on the QMS and ensure everyone understands quality processes and requirements.
- Investigate quality issues, monitor trends, and document findings.
- Implement testing procedures to assess product quality and report on inspection results to relevant stakeholders.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 8-10 years of relevant experience in quality program management.
- Knowledge of ASME Section VIIII, CSA B31, B51, N285 would be an asset.
- Experience working in construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
