Quality Assurance Manager

WSP Canada is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts on the Near Surface Disposal (NSDF) Project in Chalk River. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and ensure compliance with quality programs, specifications, and relevant standards
- Coordinate and lead factory and site testing requirements, inspections, and surveillances
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documents
- Train project personnel on QMS and quality processes
- Investigate quality issues, monitor trends, and document findings
- Implement testing procedures to assess product quality
- Work closely with project functional lines to provide quality planning, feedback, and support
- Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- More than 8-10 years of relevant experience in quality program management
- Knowledge of CSA N299.2 and ISO 9001 standards
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in construction, engineering, or related fields
