Public Areas Attendant Role

You are at the heart of the hotel as a Public Areas Attendant. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all public spaces and outlets are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This role requires you to take ownership of your assigned areas and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all assigned public areas and outlets
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for guests whenever possible
  • Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization skills and time management
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming
