Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at PTW Energy Services. As a key member of our panel shop operations, you will be responsible for the execution of control panel and automation projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Estimate project costs and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations and exceed requirements where possible.
  • Develop and implement quality management plans and inspection test plans to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate the preparation of full cost estimates for conceptual, design-build, general tender, or proposed work packages.
  • Maximize labor efficiencies to increase profit margins and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Journeyman Electrician and/or Instrumentation Technician/Mechanic Certification is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of project management or estimating experience required.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment or independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
