Convenience and Gas Channel Specialist

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the Convenience and Gas channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions.
4. Manage trade spend and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
6. Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the CPG industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
7. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
