Director of Fund Development

As a vital member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Fund Development plays a key role in driving the growth of the comprehensive fundraising program at the Arts Club. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position works closely with the Board of Directors, the Fund Development Committee, and the Governance Committee to develop and implement strategies that achieve financial goals outlined in the annual budget.
The Director of Fund Development is responsible for leading a team of six staff members in the Fund Development Department, providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful execution of fundraising initiatives. This includes identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major donors and corporate sponsors to support the company's mission.
In a collaborative environment, the Director works with the senior leadership team to implement the strategic plan of the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive results and achieve success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to grow the Arts Club's fundraising program
- Lead a team of six staff members in the Fund Development Department, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives
