About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Restaurex Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial and operational success of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting systems
  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • People Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial and operational professionals
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business success
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee development programs
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior financial or operational role
  • Skills
    • Excellent financial and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
