About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at S. Ram Foods Incorporated. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial and operational success of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting systems
  • Operational Leadership
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to regional and departmental leaders
    • Develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth and efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Human Resources Management
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement
    • Manage and develop talent within the organization
    • Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the business
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate controller or similar role
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Skills
    • Strong financial management and analytical skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The work language is English.
