Optical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
