Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Manufacturing industry. As a valued partner, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator and Trainer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with exceptional training skills to lead user training and provide change management support during system implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering MS365 product suite, business systems, and acting as a liaison between users and the Systems group.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver new and existing company training requirements, including product knowledge training
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Design and implement business systems and MS365 solutions in collaboration with team leaders and members
  • Provide training to support employee learning needs and develop documentation on best practices
  • Collaborate with key team members to assess training needs and recommend learning solutions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • ~5+ years of relevant experience in end-user training, data analysis, data management, process improvement, and MS Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Strong instructional design skills and ability to develop engaging training materials
