Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of student volunteers to implement strategies for outreach and service to the campus
  • Provide pastoral care to university students and encourage growth and maturity in discipleship to Jesus
  • Participate in effective outreach and service to the campus, contributing to community building events and developing new initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., theology, missions, education)
  • Experience in youth or campus ministry, with a focus on evangelism, discipleship, and community development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to the values and mission of Regent College
