**Job Summary:
The University Discipleship Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening an established missional and discipling community on campus. This includes leading a leadership team of student volunteers, providing pastoral care to university students, and participating in effective outreach and service to the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of student volunteers to implement strategies for outreach and service to the campus
- Provide pastoral care to university students and encourage growth and maturity in discipleship to Jesus
- Participate in effective outreach and service to the campus, contributing to community building events and developing new initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., theology, missions, education)
- Experience in youth or campus ministry, with a focus on evangelism, discipleship, and community development
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
