About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a related field.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact effectively with senior management and other stakeholders. Strong technical skills, including SQL, HP Quality Center, JIRA, and Confluence, are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and review testing activities for GFRT applications and systems
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive test documentation and participate in daily testing activities
  • Evaluate defects raised and balance the need to mitigate risk with the optimal use of testing resources
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the delivery of quality applications
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to knowledge transfer and sharing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, HP Quality Center, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and adapt quickly to changing requirements
