Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Brillio Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Green job with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
