Hair Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Salon Supervisor to join our team at Hair Hut Barber Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Work Organization: Schedule work for our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment and facilities.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Leadership: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
