Hairdressing Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Hair Hut Barber Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of our salon staff to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels in our salon.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Training: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the team's success.
