Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Press'd Sandwiches. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient systems to manage food preparation and service
- Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Client focus and strong customer service skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
