Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at RS Carrier Inc. in the role of CFO (Chief Financial Officer) - Goods Production, Utilities, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective strategic resource allocation.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions, promoting a structured and efficient organizational framework.
  • Coordinate regional activities, driving collaboration and synergy across divisions and departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and develop senior staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
