Job Title: Financial Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Director to join our team at MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC.

Job Summary:

The Financial Services Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role will also involve establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The Financial Services Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
