We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 8+ years of employment law experience to join our busy employment litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment/civil litigation, including experience preparing pleadings, mediations, discoveries, and motions. A partial book of business and the ability to manage their own caseload are also essential requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • 7-10 years of litigation experience in Canada
  • A relevant law degree (JD or LLB)
  • Licenses to practice law in Ontario
