Healthcare Operations Manager

The Central West Ontario Health Team is a collaborative network of health partners working together to provide better coordinated care for the community. As one of the largest OHTs in the province, we serve a population of close to 900,000 people.
Job DescriptionThe CW OHT Project Manager will lead and manage priority programs and initiatives guided by the 2024-27 strategic plan and annual business plan. This role involves collaborating with OHT partners, Secretariat team members, and the collaboration council to develop and execute key initiatives, oversee working groups and committees, and ensure alignment with the CW OHT strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with stakeholders on strategy development and execution of OHT projects/initiatives
- Lead project plan development and implementation with clear communication on milestones, deliverables, and accountabilities
- Develop budgets and operating plans
- Cultivate cross-functional work streams with key stakeholders
- Advocate change management principles and educate teams on project complexities
- Develop strong working relationships with collaboration council members, OHT partners, Ontario Health, and internal/external stakeholders
- University degree in a related field or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least five years project management experience required
- Health care experience preferred
This role requires regular onsite work, including weekends and statutory holidays, but may involve hybrid remote work arrangements. The salary range for this position is between $85,839.00 and $107,308.50 per year, depending on experience.
