About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Office Coordinator to join our team at RUHANI PHYSIO & WELLNESS INC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process and manage patient medical records and files, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and reports as needed
  • Order supplies, maintain inventory, and manage office equipment
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administration role or related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility are essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly
