Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Construction Helper to join our team at Cristhian's Carpenter & Construction. As a Construction Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and other materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Tend to and feed construction equipment
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located throughout the city, and you will be required to travel to different locations as needed. You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
