Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage food inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer transactions and process payments
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
