Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing food inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage food inventory by tracking quantities, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and package food for take-out and delivery, ensuring that all items are presented attractively and meet our high standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Work under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.
