**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Dhesi Meat Shop Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
* Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
* Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
* Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

**Work Environment**

* 30 to 40 hours per week.
* Permanent position.
* Work Language: English.
