Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Samya Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and client records
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and staff
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Assist with special events and promotions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
