Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
