Job Description:

As a Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development, delivery, and mobilization of high-quality resources, trainings, programs, and initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to the Office of Equity and Inclusive Communities (OEIC)
  • Coordinating logistics and scheduling for training programs and workshops
  • Acting as a liaison for OEIC initiatives and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Guiding colleagues in creating and disseminating content through various platforms
  • Preparing reports, speeches, and other strategic materials

You will work closely with the OEIC team and units across the University to ensure that services and offerings meet the needs of the OEIC and KPU community.
