The Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the strategic priorities of Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Office of Equity and Inclusive Communities (OEIC). As a member of the OEIC administrative team, this coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and mobilization of high-quality resources, trainings, programs, and initiatives. This involves providing administrative support, scheduling and logistics, and acting as a liaison for initiatives designed and offered by the OEIC.

The Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator guides members of the area in conceptualizing, creating, editing, and disseminating content through various platforms. They assist in preparing reports, speeches, and other strategic materials, ensuring that communications, information, and initiatives are promptly, efficiently, and reliably disseminated. The coordinator works closely with team members and units across the University to ensure that services and offerings meet the needs of the OEIC and KPU community.
